Reinserción artroscópica de la desinserción femoral del ligamento cruzado anterior

Resumen

Para tratar la lesión o avulsión proximal del ligamento cruzado anterior se han propuesto nu­merosos tratamientos. como la reinserción, la reinserción con suplementación autóloga o sinté­tica y la reconstrucción primaria con injerto. Los resultados de esta última han sido excelentes, por lo que es la más utilizada, aunque suponga alte­rar temporalmente el patrón sensitivo de la rodi­lla. Presentamos nuestra experiencia en la rein­serción proximal del ligamento cruzado anterior valorando los resultados según escala Lysholm y KT-1000 y revisamos las indicaciones al respec­to que se han hecho en la bibliografía disponible.

Abstract

To treat the lesion or the femoral avulsion of the anterior cruciate ligament, several treatments have been proposed such as the reinsertion, the reinsertion (with autologus or synthetic augmentation) and the primary reconstruction with graft.

The results of this last one have been excel­lent, being that the reason why it is the most used, although it means to alter temporarily the sensi­tive standard of the knee.

We present our experience in the proximal reinsertion of anterior crossed ligament, evaluating the results as of scale Lysholm and KT-1000 and reviewing existing bibliography regarding this matter.
